We always keep a watchful eye on the quality of our service, safety at work and respect for the environment. We do this by implementing continuous improvement plans that allow us to obtain certifications and acknowledgements in the different areas.
Quality
Quality is our prime concern: this is the value that has allowed Artoni to become a key player in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. So much so, we have subjected our operation centres to UNI -EN ISO 9001:2008 certification so as to constantly improve the services we provide to customers and efficiently monitor our in-house processes.

Safety
For us, employee health and safety are absolutely imperative and an on-going commitment. This is why Artoni implements an occupational health and safety management system (SGS) in accordance with international standard OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series).

Enviroment
The environment is another of our main areas of focus. For us, guaranteeing sustainable strategies and actions is top priority. Our operation centres have been making use of PV technology for years, thus our facilities are self-sufficient energy-wise. To cut down on the amount of paper used, Artoni implements a paper-free policy by introducing electronic systems instead of paper for both in-house and customer documents (Artoni Moving Green initiative).
